Matrix Audio MS-1c Music Streamer

The MS-1c is Matrix Audio’s compact music streamer, distilling the technology, design philosophy, and audio engineering of the flagship MS-1 into a more accessible chassis. Built on the MA Player Hi-Fi streaming platform, the MS-1c offers full control via the MA Remote App on iOS and Android, with seamless support for major streaming services and high-resolution local libraries.

At its core, the MS-1c features a meticulously tuned D/A conversion stage paired with a fully linear power supply, delivering a clean, transparent presentation with rich detail and natural musicality. The streamer supports PCM up to 768kHz and DSD native up to 22.4MHz across its digital inputs.

Comprehensive connectivity includes USB Audio, optical, coaxial, and network inputs, alongside XLR and RCA analog outputs with two selectable output levels for precise gain matching to amplifiers or active speakers. A high-precision digital volume control allows direct connection to a power amplifier without the need for a separate preamplifier.

The MS-1c integrates seamlessly into separates systems and supports Roon Ready, AirPlay 2, DLNA/UPnP, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz, and Spotify Connect. The chassis follows the M Series industrial design language, with a CNC-machined aluminum body and minimalist front panel.
